We aim to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service.
However, if you should have a complaint, please contact our Practice Manager, Laura Chatwin, on 01725 510303 or to email@example.com. She will endeavour to resolve your concerns as quickly and courteously as possible, in line with our Complaints Procedure, available for view here.

We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously. All personal information is treated in the strictest confidence. Only members of staff have access to patient information, and all patient records are securely stored to ensure that any patient information is only accessed as part of your treatment.
